At GotoEnglishLessons.com, we want every teacher and student to have a great experience with our digital lessons and resources.

In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor – CDC) and the Right of Regret (Article 49), customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase or subscription activation, provided the request is made within this period.

All lesson materials — including teacher PDFs, student worksheets, audios, and videos — are digital and available for instant download after payment confirmation. Because access is immediate, refunds after the 7-day period will not be issued, as the digital content is considered delivered and consumed.

To request a refund within this period, please contact us via email at support@gotoenglishlessons.com with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase and completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
