Welcome to GotoEnglishLessons!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website (www.gotoenglishlessons.com) and the services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
 

Legal Framework

These Terms are governed by Brazilian Law, including the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) and Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of São Paulo, Brazil.
 

Definitions

  • Content: Digital English lessons, including teacher PDFs, student PDFs, worksheets, audio, and video.

  • Subscription Plans: Free (limited access), Premium (monthly enhanced access), Unlimited (full access, all lessons).

  • User: The individual registered user or visitor.

  • Account: Your personal profile to access the Service.
     

Account Registration & Use

  • Create your account via the "Register" tab with accurate information, including your CPF/CNPJ.

  • Your account is personal; sharing login details is prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination.

  • Keep your account details up to date.
     

Content Licensing & Usage

  • Content is licensed for your personal, educational use only.

  • You may download PDFs, worksheets, and media for use in your classroom or private online lessons.

  • You cannot:

    • Resell, modify or distribute content publicly;

    • Share content outside your personal or private classroom use;

    • Upload or share on public platforms.

  • Plans:

    • Free Plan: Limited lessons, worksheets, podcasts, community forum access.

    • Premium Plan: Monthly subscription with 8 new lessons and access to part of our library.

    • Unlimited Plan: Unlimited access, all lessons, and full library.

  • Content may be updated or removed at any time.
     

Payment & Renewal

  • Payments via credit card through Wix secure checkout.

  • Premium and Unlimited plans are auto-renewing; cancel before renewal to avoid charges.

  • No refunds are provided after purchase or once content is accessed/downloaded (digital products).

  • 7-day Right of Regret: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase/subscription activation by contacting support@gotoenglishlessons.com. Refunds are not applicable after this period or after content download/access.
     

Cancellation & Termination

  • Cancel subscriptions anytime via your account. Access ends at the end of the billing cycle.

  • We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations (e.g., sharing login, misuse).

  • Upon termination, delete our digital content from your devices, except print copies made before termination.
     

Content Delivery & Access

  • Digital content is delivered instantly upon successful transaction via login area or download links.

  • No physical delivery applies.
     

Intellectual Property

All content is owned by GotoEnglishLessons or licensed. Your license is for personal, non-commercial, classroom usage.
 

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability.

  • We are not liable for technical issues, third-party conduct, or unavailability.
     

Data Privacy (LGPD)

  • We collect data during registration and payments, including CPF/CNPJ.

  • See our Privacy Policy for details.

Cookies & Tracking

  • We use cookies for site functionality and analytics. Manage your cookie preferences via browser settings.
     

Maintenance & Disputes

  • We may perform website maintenance, causing temporary outages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms; continued use indicates acceptance
